Your study tracks concordance rate of transexualism in twins, which is 33% in males and 23% in females. What this means is that when a twin identifies as transexual, there is a between 23-33% chance that the other identifies as transexual. This does seem to link some sort of heritability, right? The problem is that there are many other heritable traits that may become problematic for you:

In a much larger sample size, the heritability of major depression in twin pairs was found to be 42% in females and 29% in males.
Proving a mental illness can be caused or exacerbated by genetics does not form a proof or even evidence what you think it does. Worse, the heritability of transexualism is ONLY about 27% concordance compared to, for example, 33% in schizophrenia -- which is far more heritable than transsexualism ( https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28987712/ )
Why do I say that? Your linked image is from a paper that also states:
