Its also the most normal thing in the world in any industry. Its the reason why the auto industry concentrated around Detroit, why media concentrated in Hollywood, why the medieval textile industry concentrated in the netherlands.
SUPPLIERS AND CLIENTS NEED TO EXIST IN THE SAME GEOGRAPHICAL REGION
And then schools grow in these regions, catering to the industry there. Its why theres things like "Azerbaijan oil university"
These things like to form in one region only. If you have two hubs of the same industry, usually one will shrink and the other will absorb the companies and workers of the other, at least within a free trade zone.
