This claim is a problem.
Let me explain why.

First of all most if not all diseases vaccinated against are clinically non specific. Meaning symptom expression is indistinguishable from many other diseases, begging the question of if the disease is specific at all.

The second problem is, that with any medical appointment ar presented case, standard of care procedure is as follow when a potential "infectious" is presented:
1. Ask for vaccination record
2. If patient is vaccinated against disease
Yes: Presume immunity against the disease and strike that disease from the testing list.
No: focus on the Vaccination candidate disease.
3. Then based on the result of 2. Form a diagnosis. This diagnosis subsequently get's noted down and goes into the statistics.

This procedure produces a underreporting and total case dillution.

Let me give an historical example with polio:
Before 1955 all diseases with partial, or general paralysis or numbnes or fevers in the summer persisting for 24 hours, were clinically diagnosed as polio.
After 1955 (the year of vaccine introduction) a change to the Case definition of polio was made: only cases with at least 60 days of paralysis can be declared as polio.

Aternative diagnosis was promoted, in case of a paralysis indistinguishable from polio: Gullian-Barre Syndrom, Flacid Paralysis, Coxsackie Virus Infection, Chinese Paralytic syndrome, Aseptic menegitis, Acute Motoric Axonal Neuropathy (AMAN) etc.

All these disease are clinically indistingushable from polio. And Polio became very hard to even be allowed to be a suspect. And since all diagnostics ware purely clinical, these changes of case definition, impact the reported cases and statistics.
An actual decrease of disease Burden can only be measured if all biases were eliminated, by collecting all paralytic diseases & measure if there was a total reduction.
