And I suppose you think it's just a coincidence that the tiny redshift is exactly as predicted by GR and the 4 million solar mass black hole. It can even be measured to change over the orbit of the innermost stars around that black hole, clearly demonstrating it has nothing what is in between us and the star.

Oh look, an effect I have never heard of. Trumpler did this work in 1930-1960 with incredibly shitty data. His conclusion was based on just 18 stars. I wonder why you haven't cited a modern analysis? Surely if this is such a striking effect it is obvious now?
You cite this as fact but don't mention attempts to reproduce it with modern data and better statistics have failed to measure any offset.

Wrong. You only get a white dwarf if the outer layers of the star are ejected. They have little hydrogen because they are the cores of dead stars. You can even see the ejecta in planetary nebulae, young white dwarfs like that in the helix nebula are embedded in their ejecta.
