This is so stupid there would be no way to decide this except brute force until it looks like text by using tens of thousands of different encryption algorithm possibilities

The sample is way too slow to know what method was used or if it even contains any information, it could be random for all we know, statistical analysis can also be easily countered by just imputing a statistically random text
