Everything in society is built around incentivizing fucking retards to breed or to disincentivize the intelligent from breeding (really, women* are the point of attack, they're all pretty stupid, even if they carry genetics for high IQ children - women with high IQ "backgrounds" are disincentivized from breeding).
It's very obvious that global society has been engineered so that either you're part of a tightly controlled oligarchy, part of the niggercattle masses, or bred out of existence. Before globalization, local nobility was what existed, reigning over the serfs. No social engineering required.
