In Europe, we are already seeing the impact of the financial power of the EPL, but I think the best example for this is the Brasileirão in South America. Copa Libertadores has practically become a Brazilian tournament past the knockout stage, it's essentially a Copa do Brasil + 2 or 3 foreign teams, usually from Argentina and Uruguay. And the gap in level from the best to the worst teams are very big.
Is there any solution to this besides hoping and helping that the smaller leagues catch up or should UEFA/CONMEBOL and other equivalents step in and do something? Perhaps changing the format of the competition where richer leagues face each other first? What is blud doing on the floor? Based Keothavong edition

With the game not involving Team USA, the hostility on the ice did not exactly match that of Saturday night’s contest, in which the Canadian crowd rained boos down during the U.S. anthem in Montreal, with the jeers overpowering any semblance of support for the anthem.
