Unless this is a tourney and we are playing using standard, cheap and mass produced cards that are going to be tossed out after play - you are an asshole and deserve to be punched in the face. To say nothing it's one of the easiest way to plant cards and switch their order.
Also, friendly reminder there is no better shuffling method than just throwing the cards on the table and move them around with your hands in circular movements. Nothing gets even close to the random results of it, and it can't be cheated in any way. But it doesn't look fancy nor professional, so fat fuck's that could afford tossing away cards after a single night of playing invented all those "fancy" card shuffling tricks.
