What TRPG systems are the best for such a game?
To start, how do the heroes in your world handle killing, do they have a strict code against it like Batman, or do they regularly kill their villains? What about the villain side of things? And do heroes ever die and come back to life? I prefer to keep resurrections extremely rare myself, adds to the drama, same for killing among heroes.

There’s plenty of details in the last thread, but here’s the quick and dirty for newcomers.
This is a simple game where fighters square off against each other. You can even challenge people on this board! All you have to do is find another fighter, and put Dice 2d6 in the options field while attaching your fighter’s card. The first die is your fighter, the second is the fighter you’re challenging, and then you compare the numbers assigned to each slot. If your slot’s number was higher, your fighter has won! But, beware, because your fighter’s card can now be challenged, so good luck.

Armor: Reduces damage taken by –1 per piece. Starts at 0.
Items: Found during the dungeon. Used in key moments (e.g., potions, elixirs, keys, artifacts).
Gold: Starts at 0. Can be used to bribe, buy, or trade.

3. I then garher your information and use dice roller to calculate your score and then narrate what happens.

An alternate weird history 28mm/32mm tabletop skirmish game still in a pre-release playtesting phase but with the full release slated for this year. Based on the art and lore of Mike Franchina, whose illustrations you may have seen floating around on /tg/ for a several years now, and designed by Tuomas Pirinen, one of the original creators of Mordheim. This is my first PbtA game and I really like it so far compared to more traditional DnD-like games. I really like how it skips boring tedium and instead pushes the fiction forward.

Most RPGs will have segments where the player characters find themselves navigating unknown hostile territory, filled with enemies, traps, or other pitfalls. Whether they're incomprehensibly designed ancient labyrinths, sprawling manors of wealthy adversaries, interconnected tasks throughout a city, or utilitarian sci-fi space stations, the dungeon is where players put their party synergy and problem solving skills to the test. I'm currently trying to think of what kind of facilities might be in a clandestine genetics research space station for a traveller campaign and I thought to ask you guys, how do you generally design dungeons? Do you just put a pencil to paper and let your imagination flow? Do you think of key areas and connect them with dangerous hallways? Do you use online resources? Has anything you've done worked particularly well or failed unexpectedly? Share your wisdom with other GMs.
Also, when you’re creating your worlds in your settings, besides the common choices, which races besides Humans do you include, and what was your process, especially if you created your own original race(s) or modified the more common races somehow, like tying into the actual Norse mythological origins of Dwarves, since I’d like to try my own hand at it?

I don't like the way most modern TTRPG or fantasy media handle magic, and I don't mean in the "if everyone's special, no one is" way either.
Magic feels best when its an obstacle, force of nature or when it comes from something greater. Think cults, terrible sacrifices, an evil sorcerer in a tower, the power of ritual.
Ars Magica and Mage are the only two systems I've played where magic feels like magic even though you're in control of it.

It's a cool setting. And updating the mass combat rules could be used to sell more miniatures.

Pic related are the elf knight minis I've put together thus far. I prefer more grounded arms and armor as opposed to the high level MMO armor sets that seem so common among sculptors today.

Thread Question: How long was your murderhobo phase?
Back in February, I ran a superhero game that specifically set out to tackle politically charged, current events. On the lower end, one villain was a superpowered teenage boy and school shooter. On the higher end, a significant number of antagonists had all independently decided to go on a crusade to slaughter Donald Trump, the entirety of the Republican Party, red voters, and all billionaires. Another character was trying to eradicate all cartels from Mexico, and yet another was a Ukrainian attempting to kill Putin and everyone else in the Kremlin. One super that I wanted to field, but that I did not have time for, was someone on a mission to exterminate all Black and Hispanic people. These superhumans were so crazily high-powered that the only force that could stop them were other supers; they really could have succeeded in their missions.
This was not that long a campaign. It had no combat; it was all investigation and social conflict. It was entertaining enough, and the mini-campaign ended (mostly) satisfactorily. The game system we were using, though, just did not fit. (It was Deviant: The Renegades, with the Black Vans supplement's alternate setting for the superhero emergence genre, and extremely generous character creation parameters.)
I am interested in running a similar campaign, tackling similar hot-button topics and major world conflicts unfolding in 2025. But I want the mechanics to actually line up this time. What RPG would you suggest, if I am looking for: (1) very high-powered superheroes, (2) a big emphasis on debating ethics and morals concerning politically charged topics, (3) the option to simply throw down and fight with superpowers, if words fail, or if the enemy at hand is deemed too repugnant to negotiate with?

Hopefully you're understanding where this is going. We're essentially building a D&D image crawler of a player exploring a Dungeon. These imagines need to be logical and relatable to what you would see in a Dungeon fantasy or D&D. Use your imagination and let's see what we can conjure up. Now when i lead with saying 'change' the tyranids I am not asking for some wheel reinvention. Mostly I'm asking about what little little stuff you'd have to trifle and moan over like there being redundancies in feeding any kind of biogun with a tubes out the other arm or the prevalence of suspiciously 'hands' shaped limbs. Loe hanging fruit alterations that would go into the /tg/ of yeaterdecade like doing the rationalmarine version of a splinter fleet. If you're really adventurous go ahead and offer up some bioform or doctrine concepts as well.

The setting is partially based on some /tg/ worldbuilding projects I was part of so don't be surprised by some familiar names
