Humans can survive sustained 9 g accelerations but manned rocket launches from Earth don't go past 4 g even in a Saturn V and most of that was not over 1.5 g. Mars has much lower surface gravity and a much lower escape velocity than Earth so a Mars launch will need much lower accelerations than 1.5 g.
