This just wouldn't happen. If anything the opposite is likely because women don't want to die on the battlefield like a chump so reminding the men that they are baby factories is probably going to be pretty high on their mind. There may be a handful more 'lesbos' revoluitions but they would just be put down brutally which oddly enough would further reinforce the differences. Men wouldn't want to be seen as uppity women as that would be basically the most out caste meaning both sides would present hard their sexual differences.

this one you may be able to argue as size has at least some affect on this but people can't know for sure. There's a reason why there's like 100 Male grandmasters to 1 female (who even then is qualitatively not very good).

Women are conflcit avoidant, which is why even in solo crimes against helpless victims women are just much more likely to use sneaky bullshit. They are poisoners for a reason, which means that using them as conscripts is just not going to be very good. The only thing they will attempt to defend is their kids. Even with that in mind, you can see that they just mostly want to do their own things. You don't have throngs of female ninjas or spartan scout ladies, or female poisoner assassins outside of romantic tales.
