OSRIC is AD&D but with a LOT trimmed off because its essentially the author's houseruled variant of AD&D and not an attempt to make an actual retroclone.
The only other retroclone of 1e I know of is Astonishing Swordsmen & Sorcerers of Hyperborea which changes the classes and magic to fit more with a Pulp fantasy feel.
The only retroclone of 2e I know of is "For Gold and Glory".

That's it. Even the Whitebox has more retroclones than AD&D despite both editions of that game being more popular that the White Box.

No actually, most of them do add things that are the purview of AD&D without having the need for supplements like LL or OSE. Off the top of my head, Basic Fantasy RPG has separate race and class and combination classes, for example.

The only edition of B/X that labelled encumbrance was Moldvay. Mentzer and Holmes both had them as essential rules and it carried onto the Rules Cyclopedia as a non-optional rule.
Besides, I know of zero people who play without encumbrance. It's such a staple you see it in nearly every CRPG.
