Thanks, I could only find the previous version. A couple of points.

If we're going with the "Tsardom's orthodoxy does not mix with catholic", then the relations between the Tsardom and other catholic powers would be worse. I can imagine they would accept France as a lesser evil, in the sense of needing them for realpolitik. But they would not go along with carlist Spain or sebastianist Portugal (they wouldn't fully hate them, as neither one is a threat or a rival to the Tsardom, but they would not be neutral).

>Germany - Spain
Why are these two so high? Many german catholics took refuge in Spain, so I imagine the german attack on catholicism wouldn't be accepted in carlist Spain. I can see many catholic intelectuals from Italy, Germany and Austria trying to push the carlist government to develop more modern policies instead of the full carlist traditionalism, as well as finding some other power to not be fully isolated, though.

Like I mentioned some time ago, Spain and Portugal both need and distrust each other. As they both are relatively isolated catholic powers with shared interests, they would naturally cooperate, but the Carlists would distrust the sebastianists' radical zeal, and the portuguese would want to unify the peninsula under their rule. So I would go for a "it's complicated" neutrality.

No way they would be just neutral after Austria seceded from the catholic faith and made their own church.

Wouldn't they compete in the South East Indies? I could see both trying to move towards Papua (as well as the english and maybe others, the Papua island is too big a colonial price to leave alone for long, even if it's difficult to settle).
