It would be like someone who looked like Jesus Christ was walking down the street.
And no one, not a single person would look, turn their head or go up to the guy and say "hey bro you totally look so much like Jesus Christ!!!"

Mind you that it has been 2000 fucking years since the days when Christ was alive and that we are all humans with normal life spans.

In Frieren's world, besides the obvious existence of magic, there are other races that live longer than humans.
It is literally impossible for Frieren to never be recognized by anyone she crosses paths with.

And I'm not even mentioning the fact that Frieren is walking the exact same path she did 80 years ago! Passing through the same cities and villages.
Heck, she even comments on how the places have changed and grown since the defeat of the Demon King.
