It’s a meme. They work in that they’ll let you pack more shit but they’re cumbersome to re pack so if it’s not a one way trip then it’s probably going to be a waste of time, plus if you have to pack in a hurry then forget about it
For me it’s:
>take one set of underwear and socks for each day travelling (up to 7) and put them all in a pillow case for organisation
>pack a second pillow case for putting dirty clothes in
>put an AirTag in your bag
>pack a pair of thermals no matter where I’m going
>pack a tshirt no matter where im going
Other than this do whatever
