Okay, I will make an example here so you understand why and how it's happening, and why whites aren't involved.

A new red light district that has becoming a 'thing' post covid, is the city of Boten, on the border of Laos/China. It's all laotian/chinese language, but has dozens of venues staffed by skinny young lao women, who drink and go with customers. Chinese are demanding and picky, so no fatties allowed. Chinese cross the border, fuck and gamble for a couple days, then go home to China. If they mess up or do something where they get arrested, they are simply deported (literally walked across the road) and face zero consequences.

It's a free for all zone for semi-wealthy chinese men, run by chinese men, and exclusive for chinese men. If you are a white dude who speaks chinese, good for you, but you still need to be with chinese men to enter their clubs. Otherwise you can only get scraps (which are better than what is available in thailand currently, but they are indeed just scraps). As a white dude you also have no 'cartel' that is protecting you. Chinese men are usually not subject to Laotian law when it comes to various activities with females, because the local government understands there will be serious consequences if they fuck with chinese.

As a white guy? Guess what. You have nobody watching out for you. There is no white dude cartel that has your back. You're alone and left to your own devices.

There will never be a 'white dude cartel' ever again. Any 'white' criminal cartel that exists gladly and eagerly preys on their customers and depends on 'churning' numbers instead of positive reputation, as is the case in europe outside of the FKK style civilized establishments.
