One of the strangest nights I ever had was in Salina, Kansas

>Cop is grilling me, asking me why i'm here
>Tells me it isn't safe
>Ask him where I can camp
>Points to some woods and tells me to not under any circumstances camp there
>Tells me to go into town
>Walking into town
>Fat guy on porch with gay little dogs offers me some vodka
>Keep walking
>Gloomy shadowy figures always in the distance but never close by
>Exhausted walking because shitty american town planning makes walking into town a trek
>Can't find anywhere to camp
>Fuck it i'll go back to the bit of woods
>Walk back. Its like almost midnight by this point
>Cars parked in the woods
>Okay
>Keep walking into woods
>One of the guys in one of the cars is staring right at me like he wants to murder me
>Walk to a park bench to look into my bag nearby
>Look at one of the vehicles
>Two dudes fucking eachother arse naked
>Tfw the other guys in the cars are just watching these dudes fuck
>Tfw i'm alone in the woods with these guys
>Nope the fuck out and get my arse out of town
>Sleep on a bench outside a harley davidson dealership

Weird fucking night. It was like a cliche depiction of small town america from a TV show and I love small town america but that was really fucked.
