but honestly everywhere Germany! Bavarian Forest, Black Forest, palatine forest, Saxon Switzerland all very accessible by train / bus (and only for 58€/month)
when doing multi day / stop tours in the alps you have to look on the train schedule though, some have last service at like 5pm (but there are A LOT of guides touring the alps)
most of Austria is good accessible as well - my favorite Innsbruck, literally a streetcar to the ski lift kek
the Italian part is a little less accessible, Gran Paradiso NP and Dolomites are possible though
and France / Slovenia are somewhat hard mode, really destination dependent, cool spots like Triglav NP, Vanoise NP, Ecrins NP are all reachable by train
though getting around is somewhat hard, you'll probably be starting / ending at your accommodation

Spain is also kinda hard but possible, Ordesa y Monte Perdido is worth it but a long train ride
again look up the spot and if you can get there, if it's touristy the answer is most likely yes, just shit times

all biggish / touristy cities in the Alps and Pyrenees will be reachable and fine for day hikes

good coverage with bus / train service to literally every trail (just skip Jeju, you'd need a car there)
my favorites were Seoraksan NP and hiking along some ruins in Chungbuk

really hard to recommend anything, most AAAAA attractions will be cool
you'll have mix out of trains and taxis (which are cheap and really easy to book with their Uber equivalent)
also the first country where a driver for a day will be affordable at ~50€/day
