a reality show on the face of it, with the gimmick of 24/7 cctv feeds for every room + audience interaction (pay to send plushies/cigarettes/roses to contestants, send uncensored TTS messages or sound effects to rooms, etc) streamed on a custom built website with a community ecosystem, with a lot of leeway for violence and vulgarity, occasional recruiting of local bums (usually semi-unsuspecting MDE fans or fully unsuspecting craigslist z-list hopefuls hired on deceptive contracts), with the production team (consisting of irony-poisoned and internet-poisoned musicians and comedians) playing characters and doing ironic comedy bits to fuck with the audience and test their and the audience's patience, openly shitting on the faces of the people who fund it with pointless donation rewards like putting colored balls in rooms. sam hyde's 4chan fanbase and the shittiness of the site chat & social media makes the /tv/ thread the only decent place to talk about it
