You guys miss the fucking point

He's not just rotely moving around in pre-rehearsed stances. The point of the kata is a reference for training.
The idea is that by conditioning the body to move in certain patterns, and by studying statistical analysis that were extrpolated by complex computers, they can effectively do what Ozymandias does in Watchmen.

This also explains why not everybody can do it. Just like not everybody can pick up a fucking rifle and start shooting, and some people simply can because they have good instincts for it
It's like that Turkish guy in the Olympics.
