fuck, first time ive seen someone else mention it. fellas, this is a fun, enjoyable silly zombie movie and i recommended you all watch it. its also got trinity from the matrix playing a 50's housewife teetering on the edge of turning into wine aunt mode.

anyways, spoilers free description for those who care.
>1950's, zombies attacked, the world mostly fought it off fine
>they invent collars that you can put on zombies, turn them into docile/slow/stupid slaves

yadda yadda.

it does a lot of fun stuff with people living in a world with zombies already existing. the boy scouts (1950's, of course) is mandatory for school, learning to shoot is mandatory, your child is expected to learn and be capable of operating a handgun by the time they are 12 years old. handing a pump action shotgun off to a 14 year old boy isnt even questioned when its clearly and obviously the correct course of action. no "omg hes 13 hes never used a gun!" but "remember, dont short shuck kiddo, you got slugs in that. aim for the brain". that stuffs nice.
