Season 11 sucks ass, I'll watch only:

I think if you want an autopsy on what went wrong, check out the ski episode in that season, it's one of the most out-of-place episodes in the series
Season 12 is actually a step up, but the following 13th season is very lame and the show never really recovers.

It's also worth noting that each of the three guys making it (the actors for Charlie, Mac and Dennis) have all gotten different ideas on where to take the show. Charlie Day was opposed to upgrading the cameras, thought the show should stay 4:3 and grungy looking, which is a bit autistic but respectable. Rob wants to do deep poetic stuff that's taken seriously under a critical eye, and I think Glenn probably has most of the show's original influence and he mediates. I'd rather the show just end at this point but I'll still hopefully get a bit of enjoyment out of the latest season
