to be a lot more interesting what-if scenario than just him siding with Windu and killing Palpatine (generic good ending) or jumping slightly higher (he kills Obi-Wan, Padme still dies, he chimps out and kills Palpatine, he's an incompetent retard at governing, get couped and replaced by a military junta within a year). Imagine him on the run with just his wife, two newborns, and a lightsaber. Puts a better context on his (still incredibly retarded) decision-making.
