No It's fucking not here are some of the issues I've encountered with bugs
>NPC voice lines not triggering while theres clear subtitles or talking
>Random combat music triggering out of nowhere in and out so while walking, so buggy that I had to turn it off completely.
>NPC's tposing while shooting or tposing just randomly and then going back to normal
>NPC's sounding close when really they are 100ft away, surround audio is just fucked

The game is a broken pile of shit AND on top of that it can't even hold 60fps good with decent hardware.
