A game can objectively have tighter timing. It can objectively have more to multi-task and juggle. It can objectively have more complex inputs. A game can objectively have mechanics that trivialize the difficulty.

If you say summons and grinding trivialize the difficulty, then by the same metric, codes, costumes, guides, and cheese methods do as well.

And this conversation wasn't even about how difficult Souls is using the cheapest methods available.
