Maybe. But I doubt it.
She is the dev's waifu. The only reason I could see what you're describing happening, would be if the dev grows jealous from other people jerking it to -his- waifu, and thus making her all chaste and covered up as to not let others see her body.
But otherwise I just think the dev would take it personal and feel offended if there was pressure to make his girl ugly. I don't think he'd tolerate that.
