Strengths:
Best world in the series. Great to explore.
Amazing writing
Most playstyle variety
Most player freedom with world interactions
Janky engine

Weaknesses:
Combat kinda sucks until you learn to conserve stamina
Traveling is extremely slow
Weakest DLCs
High learning curve and shitty UI
No poisons
Janky engine

Personally I rate it Morrowind>Skyrim>Oblivion.
But I've played more Skyrim due to mods. All are good.
