Games that get simple FPS/Resolution boosts are FREE UPDATES. The following are confirmed getting this patch so far:
>Super Mario 3D World + Bowsers Fury
>New Super Mario Bros U
>Super Mario Odyssey
>Captain Toad Treasure Tracker
>ARMS
>51 Clubhouse Games
>Legend of Zelda Links Awakening
>Legend of Zelda Echoes of Wisdom
>Pokemon Scarlet/Violet

Games that are getting a FPS/Resolution boost with Switch 2 enhanced features + controls will be $10 (or, their new "Switch 2 Enhanced" editions will be $10 more than the base price of the original, so $70). So far these include:
>Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (will also be free for NSO+EP members)
>Legend of Zleda: Tears of the Kingdom (will also be free for NSO+EP members)
>Metroid Prime 4: Beyond

Finally, games getting an FPS/Resolution boost AND all new content will be a $20 upgrade. So far these include:
>Kirby and the Forgotten Land + Starry World
>Super Mario Party Jamboree + Jamboree TV

These prices are based off of the Japanese Nintnedo website, which has them in yen so far.

Pikmin 4 is a game rumored to be getting new content. If that was re-released, that would fall under category 3.

Bayonetta Trilogy is another title rumored to recieve a HD and performance boost. If re-released, this could be under category 1.
