Galatea, the Orcust Automaton. I think she's in Duel Links.
But she's a link so I'm not sure how that would work as she doesn't have a level and stuff.
I'll make up some stats and stuff because it seems like fun. If you actually end up making one from this feel free to alter them as you wish.

And a few skill ideas:
Tacet (passive) - Reduce all magic damage this monster receives by 50%.
Fermata slice ( 0 MP ) - Inflicts (x) Physical-based damage to one enemy. Hits 1 additional time if a different skill was used last turn.
Appoggiatura ( 40 MP ) - Inflicts (x) Dark-based Magic damage to all enemies.
Tremolo shock ( 30 MP ) - Inflicts (x) Electric-based Magic damage to one enemy. 40% chance to inflict [debuff]. (Paralysis?)
Pianissimo ( 60 MP ) - 100% chance to inflict [debuff] to random enemies. Hits 4 times. (Sleep or similar)
World Legacy: World Key ( 60 MP ) - Inflicts (x) Physical-based damage to one enemy and (y) Light-based magic damage to adjacent targets. Can not be used next turn.

For a casual deck? Absolutely, it's super fun. And it's quite cheap to build so you aren't sacrificing much to play them.
