Some of this is just headcanon that I've came up with by picking up on context clues in the dialogue but I have feel like Kreia is doing several things at once to the party while she's on the ship that makes her kind of terrifying.

>Kreia at any point can mask not only her presence in the force but straight up make herself invisible and mute to most of the cast (save for the player).
>Even when she's not directly mind controlling someone she can influence their thoughts by plugging in her ideas into the brains of others and make them think it's theirs.
>She clearly has some form of precognition and is actively using it to fuck with the events around her.
>Bal-Dur went from speaking and talking normally when you first meet him to his entire demeanor and even his way of talking changing when he gets on the ship. In fact he seems like he's drugged half the time you talk to him on the ship. I highly suspect this is because Kreia is actively repressing his emotions and personality.
>Visas cannot see, detect or hear Kreia most of the time despite the game showing us that somehow she knocked out the rest of the crew to ambush you. This is incredibly unlikely and the more logical conclusion with Kreia's known influence is that Kreia either knocked out the crew herself to force you to have a sparring match with her or used her force abilities to hide the presence of the rest of the your crewmates and vice-versa so you two would fight.
>While she can be in your active party at all times, almost no one even makes mention of her or addresses her yet she can still physically interact with people and things, suggesting that her Jedi mind tricks are so potent that she can actively erase the memory of people seeing and hearing her altogether.

For someone with that much mental power over people it's surprising that she didn't just tear down the entire Republic by herself when Revan left. She could have literally been a shadow lord that no one would know even exists.
