At least this time I powerleveled Marth to make sure that won't happen.

Playing the game a few times, I do have to say: This unit balance is hilariously wack. I've had games where Caeda somehow ends up with 3 strength and almost no defense before promoting, and I've had a game where she reached 10 defense and 7 strength at level 12. Navarre and Ogma are insanely swingy, and I genuinely thought Merrich had zero defense growth... until this attempt when he got about 6 defense in a row. The only consistently good characters are Abel, Cain, and Hardin.
