Then for completeness a sake, what's probably available is:
>Double Jump
Eikthydeer (900), Fenglope (1050). Both are slower than rank 1 Direhowl (1155), but Eikthydeer is super slow. Fenglope has twice as much stamina as Direhowl, as well, so that's a nice QoL upgrade.
>Partner mounts
Chillet (1050), Univolt (1100).
These guys change your attack type to a different element and give a small attack bonus.
>Command mounts
Grintale (1000), Dinossom (1030)
These guys give a significant type-attack bonus, but they don't change the player attack type (which is otherwise untyped damage). So, they're more for fighting while mounted, where you use the Pal's attacks to deal damage.

I think Fenglope is probably the best one if you just want to enjoy getting around. He isn't the fastest, but he's at the top end rather than that bottom end, and his stamina blows the competition out of the water under these restrictions.
