I've bought every game and Gen since skipping Gen 3 entirely and Legends is top 3 all time, along with Violet. I also don't see any this "dei" bullshit, but I'm also not a terminally online 19 year old, so maybe it's agenrational thing there. Either way, it kicks ass because it's Game Freak expanding on a past region, without doing the shitty remake revision horseshit. It was fun fucking about Obsidian fieldlands and hearing the eterna forest music at the bottom of the map, where the moss rock lay. To those of us who were lore nerds in Gen 4, Legends was a big bowl of lore to pick through (and while I understood it had to happen, seeing the destruction of the Temple of Sinnoh was still a kick in the teeth).
