I think eu/usa sellers are more scared of being caught selling shitty cards.
Like i mentioned - the seller has A LOT of these cards and it seems like they work like a factory-sending out shit ton of cards every day...so they wont bother if some guy will write a negative review - 900 more people will buy in a second after that.
