AFAIK there's only 2 true Level reset dungeons in Explorers: Destiny Tower And Zero Isle South, all other level resets don't reach 99F like Zero isle West or let you bring items like Zero isle East
Even then they aren't super difficult if you know what you are doing
Grinding is just that, Grinding, there's no real reason to do that beyond big numbers go Brrrr and maybe recruit Kecleon
