The perfect competitive RTS game. The features:

>map is a sphere
>sphere is divided by parallels and meridians into sectors
>sectors are divided into occupied and unoccupied sectors
>the game begins with each side occupying a few sectors
>occupied sectors provide passive income
>income can be spent to transform sectors
>each sector can be transformed to perform the typical rts functions (production, research, static defense, more income, espionage, etc.)
>each sector can be modified to simultaneously perform up to two or three functions at the cost of the other functions
>sector can be modified indefinitely however this comes at the price of exponentially increasing time between function changes
>sector corners can be turned into static defense and sector sides into walls or railways to transport troops
>all units receive fuel and ammunition from the economy sectors
>all units can attack while moving (except like artillery?)
>air units cannot loiter and must periodically land
>players make their own units based on a formula like: chassis + engine/drivetrain + weapon and unit configurations are saved in their profiles
>in order to prevent stalemates and protracted games sector size determines sector efficiency that is to say the closer you get to the equator of the sphere the more juice the sectors have and the north and south poles of the sphere have special sectors that provide otherwise unobtainable superweapons
