No, there was one in the planing stage ages ago
But Chris doesn't want to write starcraft
lost several key people at blizzard, or any desire to try

It would be cool if they tryed set it in between brood war and sc2
Have planets as maps like mara Sara and expansions would be another planet like wow handles it expansions
infestation, colony reclamation events

SC evolution single player development is coming back
it might take till 2026 for anything to come out of it
