Bulwark has 40HP+2Armor, Trenchers 40HP+2 Armor(unflanked), Foreman 50HP+2Armor, Dvar Purifier 45+2Armor. A Bulwark has the same defensive stats as a Trencher, it is fragile for a T2 unit even if you throw insults at me.

You are not reading what I wrote, I wrote

Yes and you should force him not to go in on fire then you are already taking a good chunk of his options away from him by using a single cheap T1 mod intelligently. Which, by the way you can completely switch out or back in one turn if you do need it, but the other player cannot just instantly switch his whole army from physical damage back to fire damage in one turn. One of the strength of Promethians is that they can mass produce purifiers and quick and cheap you are preventing this, that is the point.

Again it is there to be used defensively to discourage the opponent from using Fire damage in general, not that the player to use fire damage against Promethians which have innate fire resist. The game is not about just damaging the enemy.

Dvar only have 2 units that are biological Trenchers and Foremen the rest are mechanical and cannot be poisoned. It is an okay alternative against those two units. I would rely on inititates to reduce morale or just the obvious Arc damage from an Indentured swarm or Assassins that you keep avoiding for some reason
