Like remember when Embracer Group just appeared out of nowhere and became one the big AAA publishers in a year or two?
They were using borrowed money that was contingent on a multi-billion dollar deal with Saudis, which fell through at the last moment. Then they started shutting down studios and selling assets that they owned for less than 2 years.
Getting the same vibes from HH. Plus nothing that full of ecelebs is going to be trustworthy.
