In an editor that supports layers and blending modes (such as Photopea):
- Duplicate the layer.
- Set the blending mode to difference.
- Shift the layer horizontally until it turns completely black (= no difference).
- Do the same with the vertical direction.
The amount you had to shift the layer in both directions is the size of tile.
In this case, it's 256x256.

Then, delete the top layer, make a square selection of that size anywhere, and crop it.
That's your tile.
It doesn't even need to be lined up (it'll all loop around anyway).
