The reason I'm sharing this is because I don't if it is an astral projection or just a lucid dream. The feeling is different from my first official astral projection (it is less real in terms of what it feels). I wanna say that it is just a lucid dream but the fact that I did try to seperate or get out of bed without moving my physical body makes me doubt. So, is it Astral projection or Lucid dreaming? And in between of that happening, I also had a false awakening
