Our world is more than flesh and blood, there’s an invisible spiritual battle going on. God vs satan and demons. Idk if you still do it, I don’t judge you, I don’t condemn you. I want to help. But honestly, It seems from what I’ve heard in the past, astral projection might be demonic. All new age stuff can get and be demonic, and you’re seeing for yourself probably.
Idk how it works but stuff like that can almost attract demons and some people are tormented like you, I haven’t personally but I’ve heard testimonies and see the comments. But there IS something harassing you, it’s not your ‘shadow.’
But there’s a way to stop the torment. Jesus loves you! He doesn’t want you to keep going through that. He came to earth to die on the cross so if we believe in him, we can live forever in heaven when we die. God also gives us authority over demons, turn to God! He can save you, he can deliver you from them. I will pray,and if you’d like you don’t have to be saved to pray, if your heart’s in the right place, it can’t hurt, pray to God about it, get a Bible, etc.
if you have questions, this is a confusing topic, I’m here to answer them.
Don’t try to save yourself with more new age things, try a local church or Christian community, ask them about being delivered.
However the Bible says if you’re not saved and you’re delivered, they might come back worse, they can probably explain but anyway thanks for reading, let me know if you have questions.
