Orcas are known to play sadistic games with prey like tossing seals around like a football. Dolphins isolate and gang rape some of the females. Primates engage in cannibalism. Agree, some people have some sort of prefrontal cortex problem that isn't from trauma.

A Polish guy psychiatrist named Andrzej Łobaczewski wrote a book called "Political Ponerology : a science on the nature of evil adjusted for political purposes" that explored the manifestation of evil and psychopathic leaders in totalitarian regimes. Even mapped out how it occurs in predictable cycles. It was heaviy suppressed and he had to destroy numerous manuscripts before smuggling it out of communist Poland. There really should be a screening test for those that aspire to power. The problem is it often takes a psycho to out maneuver another psycho so an argument could be made that a country that doesn't employ a psychopath will become a victim of one that does.

For a while now I've been investigating zoosadism, sometimes I out the people who are into this stuff, but more than anything I'm fascinated…
