>A second Russian tactical nuclear strike hits a NATO logistics hub in Poland on July 4th, killing thousands. The U.S. launches a conventional saturation strike on Russian naval assets in Kaliningrad and Murmansk. The former is successfully invaded and occupied by U.S.-led NATO forces.
>China begins mobilizing its full nuclear triad. Taiwan, largely destroyed, remains contested ground.
>At the last possible moment, a U.S.-China-Russia summit is arranged in Delhi. A global ceasefire is agreed, under threat of extinction-level escalation.
>In the agreement, Russia loses Kaliningrad permanently, which is divided between Poland and Lithuania. The U.S. puts an airbase there. Taiwan is divided into East/West zones of governance, half-Chinese and half-U.S. and allies. Korea is reunited.
