Yeah I been studying occult topics for a while now and to me it seems it's all just psychology and therapeutic psychodrama.
Sure that can be useful or healing, but I don't feel it brings me further in understanding actual reality and find truth

I already did LBRP for more than a weak everyday and the cabbalistic cross, but no spirits showed up, I tried mantras too
idk about liber V and TOPY's rituaal of three fluids though

I tried to destroy parts of nature: broke some plants in beautiful natural places in a forest, to provoke nature spirits to scare me away, but nothing happen, only got a slight chill
maybe I should threaten them will hellfire?
